Our In-Studio Quality Remedy Terms
Because beauty treatments are physical services applied directly to skin and hair, results depend on baseline barrier conditions, active ingredients, and individual physiological responses. We stand behind our workmanship with strict, transparent remedy procedures.
If an in-studio wax contour or makeup application fails to match the consultation plan agreed prior to application, notify our desk within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment session.
In the rare event of contact erythema or unexpected topical sensitivity following a service, we provide soothing aloe tonics and barrier balm applications at zero charge.
Unopened skincare capsules, creams, and powders may be returned to 130 North Tryon St within 14 calendar days of pickup with original packaging intact.
Note: Cosmetic services and dietary cosmetic formulations are non-refundable once applied or unsealed. This warranty does not cover adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed retinoid use, recent chemical peels, or medical conditions.

Facial waxing and tailored makeup application require barrier assessment. Clients applying prescription retinoids, exfoliating acids, or recovering from intensive clinical procedures risk epidermal lifting if waxed too soon. By discussing your routine beforehand, we prevent skin trauma and ensure sufficient chair time.
What should I do to prepare for a waxing or makeup appointment?
For waxing (Brow Wax $22, Duo Wax $30, Trio Wax $40), discontinue all retinoids, tretinoin, and alpha-hydroxy acids for at least 5 full days before your appointment. For makeup sessions (Full Face $60, Feature Focus $30, Special Occasion $90), arrive with clean skin cleansed within two hours. We perform skin barrier prep with botanical oils and ceramide hydration prior to colour work.
Who performs the cosmetic services and manages formulations?
All cosmetic formulations, product batch sourcing, and studio treatment protocols are supervised by Irina Petrova, Product Manager at Elvora since 2021. Our business maintains valid Florida company registration and active standing in professional beauty industry associations.
